Current availability
I currently have weekly session times available for new clients at the Sevenoaks Hub in St John's Hill on Thursday afternoons.
Session structure and fees
I offer weekly counselling during school hours and school term time either in person at the Sevenoaks Hub or on Zoom. I work with individual adults over the age of 18 and registered with a GP. If you have a baby you are welcome to bring them to our sessions.
The first session is 60 minutes long which gives us time to get to know each other. I will explain how therapy works and ask you some questions about your history and what brings you to therapy.
Subsequent sessions are generally once a week for 50 minutes. I am happy to work on an ad-hoc basis; for a limited number of sessions (usually 6 or 12); or on an ongoing basis where we continue until it feels like it is time to end.
All sessions are £55 each.
