My practice is now closed

As of December 2025 my counselling practice is closed,
as I focus on my work for Baby Umbrella charity.

Session structure and fees

I offer counselling during school hours and school term time at the Sevenoaks Hub. I also offer online therapy on Zoom. I work with individual adults over the age of 18 and registered with a GP. If you have a baby you are welcome to bring them to our sessions.

Ad-hoc sessions
I offer
60 minute long ad-hoc sessions which give us time to explore a single challenge in your life or your parenting. Popular topics people bring include processing your feeding journey, telling your birth story, processing the adjustment to becoming a new parent, considering a second baby, navigating toddlerhood, or sleep challenges. You can book as many or as few of these as you like.

Exploratory sessions
Before embarking on a block of therapy, I offer a 60 minute long exploratory session which gives us time to get to know each other and see if we make a good fit. I will explain how therapy works and ask you some questions about your history and what brings you to therapy. We can then consider what support might be best suited to you - this might be further sessions with me, or I may also suggest any other trusted services or practitioners from my network which could be useful to you.

Ongoing therapy
If you are in longer term therapy with me, sessions are generally once a week for 50 minutes. I am happy to work on an ad-hoc basis; for a limited number of sessions (usually 6 or 12); or on an ongoing basis where we continue until we decide together that it is time to end.

Pricing
All sessions are charged at £60 each.
